I have taken selegiline and found it somewhat helpful for ADHD and mood, although not nearly as effective as Dexedrine or curiously Adrafanil.
I personaly would recomend taking at least 10mgs in one dose in the morning.
I found that the higher the dose the better it worked, 10mg was the minimun dose at which I noticed an benefit, personally I think 20-30mgs is a better dose, but there is probably more of a risk of interactions.
