Trying AGAIN for answers for this depression...

I have asked this a couple times..haven't had luck with responses.
I have BPII, we have finally decided, so I'm done trying every single AD and am SLOWLY starting Lamictal.

I also take Adderall XR 60mg at 7AM and then another 10mg of short acting Adderall at around 3pm. I find that it seems to help boost my mood....Problem is, the morning dose begins to wear off around noon (5 hours into it) but since it's still in my system, I hold off on my next dose of adderall until around 3pm.

So my problem is from 12 - 3 I'm left feeling very down in the dumps.

Any suggestions PLEEEEEEZE?
