BENZOS and SAM-E / St. John's Wort?

I am in the process of seeking medication for Social Anxiety and GAD. As I have used benzos in the past with success, I want to stick with them. I am concerned about the side effects of depression (I have symptoms of Dysthymia), so I want to take some sort of anti-depressant as well. My question is...does anyone out there have any experience/feedback with benzos taken with Sam-e or St. John's Wort?
