Yes,Effexor XR most definately quit working for me and at higher dosages 300 then down to 225 my depression hit rock bottom. From reading so many of these posts over the year I think many of the AD "poop out", maybe you would benefit from and increase dosage? Only your body really knows.... Personally, I would get your doc to wean you off and try one of the many others. We are all different and we all seem to react differently, but there are also so many simililarites in side efffects, etc. specific to each med...good luck.....try a night brace, any pharmacy should have them and they are easy to mold to your own teeth......
