However, that also carries with it the responsibility that if something bad happens to me as a result, I am also responsible for my consequences. Do you not also want that right? Because you can't have it both ways. The sort of legal action and regulatory measures you seem to be proposing would interfere with *my* freedom to exercise *my* judgment according to what I think is in the best interest of *my* health. The problem is that people want to be able to do whatever they want without taking any responsibility for their actions. Something bad happens and immediately the knee-jerk reaction is to find someone else to blame, to sue, or whatever.
