I'm hanging in there.

I'm sitting here trying in vain to identify something that would lead me to believe that this stuff is working or is going to work. It is still sort of early, though, so I don't have sufficient reason to start feeling desperate. On the other hand, I was feeling better a week ago than I am today, and that is discouraging.

What's up with you?
