When will this get better? :-(

I Feel so weird especially around people.. like fogged!! then i start to get panicky as if i am gonna lose my mind like!!, sometimes i feel this way at home... when will this get better? wonder if its my brain getting back to normal as i aint been on no meds for a mnth now!! was on remeron then switched to dothiapin.. :-( I hate this ..
