effexor and side effects

Hi, I have been taking Effexor xr for a while now and I want to get off of it because of sexual side effects so they weaned me off of it and put me on wellbutrin. I have been taking Wellbutrin for 3 days now without any effexor and the last 2 days I have had flu-like symptoms, how long will they last?
