It does get easier. Although it is good to be cautious. I doubt that your pan would contain enough of anything to trigger a reaction. Remember, it's the quantity of tyramine in foods that is important.
That said, do you have a plan for what you will do if you do ever have a hypertensive crisis? I have instructed my husband and a couple of key people to make sure they tell ER people what is happening in case I can't tell them myself. And I wear a medic alert bracelet I had engraved that says I take MAOI.
