CAN I TAKE B COMPLEX WITH SERZONE/NEFAZODONE ???

Hi all, as I SLOWLY wean down after 7 years of Serzone/Nefazodone I hear Vitamin B Complex is good for your metabolism, seratonin etc. Does anyone know if it will harm me if I go to the store tomorrow and buy some Vitamin B Complex and start taking it with the Serzone/Nefazodone ? Any help on this matter greatly appreciated, and much needed.
