Hi Maxime,
I've been taking 300mcg first thing in the morning, it's seems to be mildly arousing, but hasn't affected my pulse. I thought 300mcg might be a lot too, I wanted my GP to give me 50 or 100 but he didn't want to & gave me a referral to an endocrinoligist.
