I just went through this recently...and now I am back on...they don't say "don't go off your meds without doctor supervision" for nothing.

I had these weird dizzy spells. It felt like when I turned my head, my head kept going. And every time I sat up or stood up. I also felt a little nauseous, lightheadded (in addition to the dizzy spells) and just plain lethargic. The funny thing was, it took about a week for the side effects to kick in. I was taking 20 mg for about a year, and then I ran out of meds and just figured, "hey, I'm feeling ok...lets stop this crap. I dont really need this." Well, after a week of feeling progressively weird and a week of hell, I finally got a new doctor and saw her yesterday. I'm back on the lex, but I'm working with her to see what other possible solutions can be had. In the meantime, I'm glad I'm back on lex....as much as I hate popping pills each day to function like a normal human being, the alternative is far worse, and I don't mean just the physical symptoms of withdrawl.
