God, just takes everything out of you.... that was my worst panick attack ever and i am feeling o lethergic and still anxious there is something wrong with me and i am still shaking up just needed to share ... i am feeling so weak and tired and exhausted not as bad as yesterday though.. atleast i aint panicking..


so what u guys think about me blood pressure?
