Still feeling depressed on Lexapro?

Feeling really down right now on lexapro.I increased to 20 about 2 weeks ago shouldnt it be working by now.I am thinking about just going cold turkey and not taking anything.Its better than having the side effects and i am still depressed anyway.I hate this endless cycle.....
