I was confronted with the same type of choice. To increase Lexapro or add Wellbutrin. I added 150 mg Wellbutrin XL about 6 weeks a go to my 30 mg Lexapro. Works pretty good so far. I definitely feel less tired during the day with better focus. I did have some aggitation at first, but it went away.
