Inositol has been shown to be effective (at 12 to 16mg per day, i believe) for OC problems such as compulsive habits, as well as trichotillomania, which i don't know if you have or not, but you probably do. As far as psychiatric drugs go, any serotonergic drugs should be (or are supposed to be) helpful: SSRIs, clomipramine, Nardil.
