Hi again,
Triletpal is a mood stabilizer (MS) VERY similar to Tegretol. it's a newer version with an extra oxygen molecule or something like that (very little difference)except that it has less side effects than Tegretol.
The big three MSs are lithium, tegretol, and depakote.
