being dxed with bp1 and panic disorders, i have gotten delusional- but that was totally due to bipolar, and i was very unaware that i was delusional. i have to agree with nikki that you may feel like you're going crazy with panic disorder, but the reverse is true with this disorder- you most certainly won't.
