I have ADD, and SSRIs worsen it DRASTICALLY. On them all I want to do is get tore up. But it seems that adding an SSRI to the Wellbutrin I'm taking is the only way to deal with my social anxiety, etc. until I get a doctor sympathetic enough to prescribe an MAOI.
