lexapro for ocd??

hello,
my main problem is my ocd. lexapro seems to have risen me out of my depression but ocd symptoms still run rampant does anybody know of a med that is great for ocd and doesn't mess with your sex drive? if i take adderall it makes me feel great but i obsess even more~~ it's so damn frustrating!
