need help PLEASE PAXIL USER

ive been on paxil for 19 days today and still waking up crying real hard all morning long and will not hardly go any where want my life back went to pdoc yesturday and she said i should start to feel better within a week im on 30mgs of paxil since sunday.also side effects r still there. medicine head and stomache YUCK. Need upbuilding thoughts no negative thoughts.
