Lexy - The 10 mg did fine for me under normal circumstances. It's just that 10 days before my period when I am a crazy-woman that it didn't work as well so I wanted to up to 20mg. I asked if I could just take more 2 weeks of the month and of course my doctor said you wouldn't want to put your body through that :-). I bet you'll be able to work out your plan as you've described! Good luck!
