what can i do about these symtoms??

i just stopped taking an anti-depressant. i was only on 5mg(half a pill) per day. so i just stopped taking it. now i am experiencing dizziness, fatigue, some nausea. what can i do? i've already been to my doctor, who wasn't much help! Will this go away on it's own, or do i have to go back to the doctor??
