How much longer until...

Today is my 20th day on Lexapro. The initial side effects are starting to wear off. However, I still feel very unfocused and my mind is a bit "foggy." How long does it take for this to go away? I feel like I've spent the last few weeks in a haze.
Also, the last few days I've begun to feel jittery and wired. It's strange because I'm tired too. Odd combo. Is there anything I can do to help this improve? Thanks!
