A combination of 50mg/d of sulpiride and 1mg/d of clonazepam works well for me. I believe sulpiride was invented about 25 years ago so I guess that's a little bit better ;-)

What's pathetic is we don't have shit for dopaminergic meds in the USA and I believe dopamine plays quite a significant role in social phobia. You can thank the FDA for this deficiency, not only in the states but worldwide.
