Sorry I don't remember at what milligram the hair loss started but I have had it the whole time with no let up at all, I'm on 200mgs and have been at that for two years. My hair has thinned so much due to the loss and it's turned to straw (this stuff also make's your hair dry...UGH !). Not everyone has the hair loss side effect and this may not happen to you, wishing you the best... :-)
