Hiya,
I don't think your question is shallow. I gained a lot of weight on Paxil, and while my mental health will always take precedence over my weight at any given moment, just the act of gaining weight is enough to keep me depressed or sink me back into it, especially when I was eating healthy at the time.
Wellbutrin definitely hasn't made me gain weight. I've lost a little more than what I had gained on Paxil, but couldn't tell you if it's the absense of Paxil, the Wellbutrin itself, or a combo of both.....
