> My doc is starting me back on nardil [I'm bipolar II, but the depression has gotten so bad that we're concentrating on getting down off the ledge. I've taken nardil before and have actually enjoyed the dietary restrictions, but I have a question about other drugs. Recently I was in a car wreck, and re-hurt my tailbone. [if you've ever hurt your tailbone, you know] My HMO doc gave me samples of ultracet, but by the time I got home, there was frantic message about not taking it with the nardil. I asked him what I could take and he said he didn't know.

> So my question is... does anyone out there know of a good painkiller that won't mess around with the nardil.I had surgery and a bought of encephalitis while on Nradil. I was given strong painkillers like Dilauded. Then send home with Percocet and Vicodin. No interactions what so ever. The Docs even knew I was on Nardil and I asked them about interactions but they said not to worry. I'm on 90 mg Nardil.
