I've lost the previous thread so let's start it up a new one ...
Some post ago you talked about the possibile connection about raising serotonin and my introversion problem ... that's an interesting issue ... how did you develop this idea ?
you said also that yohimbe in controindicated (is this an english word ? ) whit clomipramine ... may I ask you to post again the link ? (I'm a bit distracted in THESE days ;-)
Moreover you suggested some time ago to avoid coffee ... I didn't think about it too much at the time but today afternoon I drink a lot of coffe and after became less concentrated (I was studying and doing fine) ... Which is the reason to avoid coffe ?
