adrafinil and deprenyl together - safe? effective?

Posted by roman_jones on September 30, 2003, at 2:53:10

My primary symptoms of depression are anhedonia, lack of energy, and general loss of emotion and enjoyment in life. I started taking 600mg adrafinil about 1 month ago. I have experienced some benefits that make adrafinil worth continuing. I have more energy and drive, but am still suffering from the anhedonia to some extent. After lots of research on this and other sites, I am considering lowering my adrafinil dose to 300mg/day taken in the morrning along with 5mg/day of deprenyl. Has anyone tried taking both deprenyl and adrafinil together? Also, I have heard rhodiola may help with anhedonia. Now sure if these have any dangerous interactions, but I am guessing at such low doses, they are perfectly safe together. Anyway, I would appreciate any feedback on this././
thanks
