I tried Celexa 40 mg with Buspar 20 mg, and found it quite an effective combination for harsh anxiety + depression. The only problem I had was that I felt too demotivated. Not good for a student as I then was. I had stomach issues with Celexa initially, but they disappeared after about a month.
