which is more potent

I need less antidepressant to take with my lithium. I am currently on 10 mg of Celexa, when 20 mg is the recomended dose.

I was wondering if perhaps 12.5 mg of Zoloft would be comparitivly less, as the dose range of Zoloft is somewhat higher (50-200mg) Does anyone have experience with the two drugs.
