I agree with Ame that supplements might help a little but they will not do anything major for your situation.
You need the proper combination of drugs. Ask your doc about combining an antidepressant with Remeron. Remeron can often counteract the impotence and insomnia side effects of other antidepressants. You can take Remeron with Effexor or one of the SSRI's.
