Thanks so much! That makes me feel so much better, as I already take 200mcg of selenium daily (in the form of selenium yeast), as well as the 25mcg (in the form of selenomethionine) that is in my whole food multivitamin/multimineral supplement (it's called "Super Earth Formula", manufactured by Bluebonnet) It's got practically everything I personally would want in a multinutrient supplement:

Vitamin A (100% natural beta carotene)-- 15,000 I.U.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) -- 1,000mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) -- 400 I.U.
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl) -- 250 I.U.
Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) -- 25mg
Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) -- 25mg
Vitamin B-3 (niacinamide) -- 25mg
Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) -- 25mg
Vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) -- 250mcg
Biotin -- 100mcg
Folate (folic acid) -- 400mcg
Pantothenic Acid -- 25mg
Calcium (citrate, carbonate) -- 250mg
Magnesium (aspartate HCl) -- 125mg
Chromium (picolinate) -- 100mcg
Copper (histidinate) -- 500mcg
Iodine (potassium iodide) -- 150mcg
Manganese (gluconate) -- 5mg
Molybdenum (molybdic acid) -- 150mcg
Potassium (citrate) -- 50mg
Selenium (selenomethionine) -- 25mcg
Zinc (picolinate) -- 15mg
Choline bitartrate -- 25mg
Inositol -- 25mg
PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) -- 25mg
Spirulina -- 1,000mg
Chlorella -- 150mg
Chlorophyll -- 20mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids -- 150mg
Quercetin -- 50mg
Rutin -- 25mg
Hesperidin -- 10mg
Lycopene -- 15mg
Alpha-Carotene -- 345mcg
Cryptoxanthin -- 85mcg
Zeaxanthin -- 70mcg
Lutein -- 55mcg
Leucoselect® Grape Seed Extract -- 25mg
Superoxide dismutase/Gliadin Complex (GliSODin™) providing 5 units of S.O.D. -- 5mg
Evening Primrose Oil -- 50mg
Flax Seed Oil -- 100mg
RNA -- 40mg
DNA -- 12mg
Protease -- 5mg
Amylase -- 5mg
Glucoamylase -- 5mg
Lipase -- 5mg
Cellulase -- 5mg
Bromelain (2,000 GDU per gram from pineapple bromelain) -- 50mg
Papain (papaya) -- 50mg
L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus & Bifidum (1 billion/gm.) -- 100mg
FOS (fructooligosaccharides) -- 25mg
Astragalus Extract -- 10mg
Ginseng Extract (panax) -- 10mg
Ginger Extract -- 10mg
Garlic Extract -- 10mg
Gingko Biloba Extract -- 10mg
Silica (horsetail) -- 10mg

What's really great is that this is the amount of each nutrient per three capsules, and, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems logical that taking one of these three times daily rather than everything all at once would allow for more of each nutrient to be absorbed.

But regardless, I'd like your opinion on this, as I just started taking it three days ago (replacing my Theragran-M, realizing that I was missing so many important whole food nutrients while on the Atkins diet) -- do you think this sounds like a good supplement? Thanks again, you're always such a great help! :-)
