Though I'm not at all familiar with Mexican law, it may be possible, as it is here in the States, for you to have a prescription written for Nardil and have the prescription faxed to a U.S. pharmacy for filling. If not, then surely at least one of the following MAO inhibitors is available on the Mexican market (those shown most effective for social phobia I've marked with an asterisk):
MAOIs:
Benmoxine (Neuralex, Nerusil)
Etryptamine (Monase)
Iproniazid (Iprozid, Ipronid, Marsilid, Rivivol, Propilniazida)
Iproclozide (Sursum)
Isocarboxazid (Marplan, Enerzer, Marplon)
Mebanazine (Actomol)
Nialamide (Niamid)
Pargyline (Eutonyl, Eudatine, Tenalin)
Phenoxypropazine (Drazine)
Pivhydrazine (Neomarsilid, Tersavid)
Safrazine (Safra) *
Tranylcypromine (Parnate, Parmodalin, Sicoton, Transamin, Transapin, Tylciprine) *RIMAs (Reversible Inhibitors of Monoamine Oxidase):
Brofarmine (Consonar) *
Moclobemide (Aurorix, Manerix) *MAO-B Inhibitor (Full MAO-A and -B inhibitor in doses above 10mg):
L-Deprenyl / Selegiline (Carbex, Jumex, Eldepryl)
