Help, hair loss Lamitcal?

I have been on Lamitcal for 3 months now. I had a great response at 150 mg., felt better than I had in 25 years but noticed my hair was starting to thin. The way I was feeling, I didn't care if I had to wear a wig.
This response lasted just over 3 weeks. Have now gone up to 300 mg. No response. Hair thinning badly. Question is, will the thinning continue as long as I am on Lamitcal? Will the hair come back as my body gets used to it? I don't want to be bald now and still feel lousy.
I am also on 90 mg. of Parnate, which I am thinking of stopping.
Any help, please.
