Hi Tina,
GOOD effects for me (when I was taking it):
Straightened thinking processes
Able to sit still and relax more often
Antidepressant effect
BAD effects:
Chronic diarrhea
Chronic thirst/urination
Dazed feeling-cognitive troubles
