You are most welcome for any support I have offered. I am glad you find it helpful. I have followed you for a while and watched the hills and valleys we all experience. You aren't alone in your struggles and somehow that helps most of us to know we are not alone. Support is what this place is about and when it works in that fashion, it's great.
You will find what works for you, I know you will, as you are determined to advocate for yourself and you seek answers. You are a good person and this anxiety problem does have a treatment.
