I had INSANE caffeine cravings on risperdal. I could drink a twelve pack of diet Coke a day, no problem. I have since switched to klonopin and have noticed that the cravings have diminshed significantly. I'm down to 3-4 diet Cokes a day so it could very well be the medication.
Also, I do know that caffeine craving is associated with ADD. Do you have ADD? It could be that one of your meds is worsening it or even creating it. I never had problems with ADD ( it was extremely mild) until I went on an SSRI and risperdal. I had to add adderall. So maybe ADD is a factor in your caffeine craving too. Just a thought.
