vitamin and mineral supplement for mad pigs

I had read about this cocktail of vitamins and minerals helping bipolar years ago. It was originally used to help mad pigs. Then I saw a very interesting article in our local newspaper about it not being sold in Canada anymore and people who swear by it are very angry.
It is called EM Powerplus.
Apparently Canadians have to go through Evince International Inc, to get it now.
In this article they said many people also use it for anxiety, add, panic attacks autism, ocd, etc.
Has anyone tried it.
I am definitely going to start to look into this.
