i went o my shrink recently and he was going on about how depression can be so bad for your sex drive,which i guess can happen,but for me its more so creativity,and im sure for anyone who is creative,like writes or paints or whatever their niche is,this has to be the most torturous thing,not being able to exorcise your demons,having them all locked up inside you festering in a vile dank well of depression,yukkkkkkkkk!and any time you pick up a pen or a brush,that god damn inner critic telling you how shite you are,so you dont bother at all. do anti depressants actually help you with this,to get your spark back,or is it something one has to do oneself,on some deep inner level?anyone know?!cos its wrecking my head.
