I been tapering off Nardil for about 2 weeks, I weighed myself when starting and was at 200 lbs. (Gained about 20-25 lbs in total of 8 months on Nardil)
Today I weighed myself and am now at 192.
I was afraid the weight wouldn't come off but my eating habits are coming back to normal. Carb craving is pretty much gone. And I don't eat all through the day like I was...
Hopefully I can get back down to around 180 lbs.
