Too conservative. Within 2 weeks you could get up to 60mg. Stay on that for 4 weeks to determine response. No response, raise to 75mg for 2 weeks, no response, 90mg. 4 weeks at 60mg is the standard time for it to work.

I started at 30mg - stupid!. At the end of week two I was up to 60mg. After 4 weeks on 60 it kicked in. Then raised it to 90mg - even more brilliance!

You've choose a great drug. Give it time but!
