Hi!,I am 100% devoid of any mania symptomotology. I suffer from a myriad of anxiety disorders and disssociative probs (derealization/depersonalization)
My communication style is one of passion. I like to say things that are crazy occassionally to break up the monotony inherent in social standards. Of course, I don't want to hurt anyone.
I express myself forcefully because I am a fanatical, passionate person. I believe its good to be a bit crazy (happy crazy) at times.
I also feel that without passion life is dull. I hate mediocrity. Anything and everything I do has passion to it.
But again, I am devoid of any symptoms of mania. My tone on this site has been consistent the whole time - one of humour mixed with serious determination in the face of problems.
Frankly, I can't understand why you asked this. I'm not offeneded but maybe think you might pathologize a bit to much. I say that with respect not anger.
