Is there an AD that doesn't bring on mania?

Has anyone had good experience with an AD that didn't swing a BP into a manic phase? Is there such a thing? My daughter (16) was put on prozac and later on lexapro to counter the depression which is horrible. But, had to discontinue each time due to mania returning. Thanks
