JB,
I think it depends on the med, as far as how fast you can taper off safely. Have you talked to your dr. about it?
If it's just an SSRI, and you feel ready, maybe you could try coming down now. The taper has probably made it easier.
but, p.s. i'd still wanna consult with a p.doc.
