I'm sorry but I didn't fully understand that abstract. Does it say that the higher the dose of Effexor the more it affects norepinephrine and dopamine but it starts to not affect seratonin? Also, what does it mean when it says that Effexor differs from TCA's because Effexor has no affinity for neurotransmitter sites?

Finally, does Effexor EVER have a significant effect on dopamine?
