zoloft withdrawal and PEEING?

Hey,
I've been coming off Zoloft, first I tapered for 5 days, and now haven't taken any for 2 days.
One thing I've noticed, that may or may not be related, is that I am peeing a LOT. I am feeling really thirsty.
Could this be related? If not, it may be due to changes I'm making in my eating habits.
But it is truly annoying to have to go EVERY time the opportunity presents itself. :D
