Yes, stims give me mouth ulcers too, made worse by the mouth guard I have to wear for stim-induced teeth-grinding at night. I find that switching my toothpaste to Biotene helps a lot - regular toothpaste has some ingredients that make mouth ulcers worse. And Biotene also treats mouth dryness and the bacterial problems that can result.
