Anyone have remedy for chronic headaches?

Is there any way to deal with chronic headaches, besides the traditional OTC meds and the prescription ones that add to fatigue?
Seems like ever since I screwed myself up by switching to Lexapro and then back to Celexa, I have been plagued with unstoppable headaches and Fibromyalgia symptoms. It's like my brain signals got so messed up that the pain receptors just won't shut off!
Any advice would be apprecitated!
BTW, Someone posted to drink, drink, drink. I will try that starting tomorrow.
